When you enter into the journey of coaching with Peter, you enter into a deeper relationship with your self and your life. Peter extends an invitation to your whole being to engage and participate. Your body, your mind, your heart and your soul are all called forth. He will meet you with his whole being. Personally committed to living fully — body and soul, from the inside out — Peter wants nothing less for his clients. He brings all of himself to his work of coaching whereby he supports others in discovering the depth of their being and the dynamic actions that will support on-going and real, personal and professional growth and genuine fulfillment. (Peter - Up Close and Personal) (An Overview of Coaching for Essential Well-BE-ing) Peter brings a broad and diversified base of professional expertise, having multiple and overlapping experiences as an entrepreneur, an educator, a facilitator, and a manager. He is sensitive to the perspectives and diverse demands and dynamics of the work world whether an individual works alone, leads a team, or engages as part of, or leading an organization. Since 1981, he has facilitated individuals, couples, groups and organizations. His dynamism is fueled by the fire in his belly and the sensitivity of his heart. Peter's love of well-being for everyone reaches out into the community where he tutors and mentors teens, and teaches Yoga and Tai Chi to Seniors. Peter cares deeply about his own well-being and the well-being of people of all ages. Peter is dedicated to the ongoing exploration and unfoldment of his own humanity on every level and his work is deeply influenced by his study, experience and quest to understand and truly live into the reality of growing into a fully developed and mature human being. His life and the orientation he brings to Coaching for "Essential Well-BE-ing" are deeply influenced by both the unfolding understanding and growth of SpiritHeart as well as his experience as a student of the Diamond Approach, a unique Western approach to personal growth and spiritual realization that integrates the insights of contemporary psychology and psychodynamics, and the practices and non-dual perspective of the great "Wisdom" traditions. For over 25 years, Peter's continued commitment to his own personal and spiritual development has led him to participate in a wide variety of growth endeavors including the teachings of the Builders of the Adytum Mystery School the study of Reiki (Peter is a Reiki Master) and HeartMath. His experience in working with the "whole body" is based on his studies of psychodynamics, ego development and object relations, and Bioenergetics as well as energy healing, breathwork, and his training and work with the Korean Dahn Holistic Institute (of which he is certified as an Energy Healer). In addition to his daily running, Peter is a practitioner of Dahn Yoga and Tai Chi. Peter entered into partnership with Catherine in 1992, and they have been married for 12 years. Living, working and playing together, as well as sharing the same spiritual path, insures that they get to work the relationship and the relationship gets to work them. With deep love and commitment, he wouldn't have it any other way. Here, too, Peter is a pioneer in living the experience that allows him to sincerely and honestly support people in bringing "Essential Well-BE-ing" to their lives with respect to creating healthy and joyful partnering and long term commitment. (See Coaching for Essential Well-BE-ing in Relationship) Peter shares the fruits of his on-going exploration of the processes by which people discover and actualize their life purpose and raise their level of mindful living and conscious awareness as he writes and speaks on topics such as:
