Welcome to SpiritHeart’s Coaching for
"Essential Well-BE-ing" In Life
What is Coaching for "Essential Well-BE-ing" in Life?
Coaching for "Essential Well-BE-ing" (CEWB) in Life places you at the center of your life and is a genuine resource for supporting you in being who you really are — real and authentic in all areas of your life. CEWB in Life supports you in creating a desired result through personalized coaching, expanding your capacity for self-awareness and mindful living, and designing environments that enhance your performance and well-being. Our coaching process not only supports you in your ability to move to a purposeful state with a focus on achieving results but places equal importance on your expanded sense of well-being as you take the necessary actions to move towards and achieve your desired outcomes.
Through a deliberate process of observation, inquiry, and dialogue, CEWB in Life helps you raise your level of awareness and take responsibility for achieving a mutually identified set of goals, focusing on improving your personal and/or professional performance and on creating results in alignment with your inner purpose and visions.
You are supported in looking deeply and fully into yourself as you seek to discover your purpose, and create visions, so that they really reflect who you are and the truth of your innermost heart. By exploring your purpose and clarifying goals, you will not only clearly discover what you want, but will create the necessary strategies and take the practical action steps that will allow you to achieve your aim and overcome obstacles that stand in the way of your success.
As in all of our offerings, the entirety of your being is engaged in this process — body, mind, emotions and spirit — a necessary blend, if one wants to experience true change and lasting transformation in one’s life. CEWB allows you to engage in an integrated functioning that helps you access your inner guidance and utilize the full range of internal and external resources that are necessary to bring practical support to the whole of your life — your life at work, your life at home, your life at play and your life in relationship.
How do you know if you can benefit from CEWB in Life?
Take a few moments to explore the following questions:
Am I finding it difficult to evaluate courses of action and make strategic decisions?
Am I afraid of failure? Am I unable to translate failure into precise, purposeful direction for achieving results?
Do I find it difficult to set proper and clear priorities when multiple demands are made on my time, energy, and attention? Is my life out of balance?
Do I feel insecure, unstable “foggy” and confused when confronted with challenges of life, ambiguity, and change? Do I have the courage to translate my dreams into reality?
Do I have a lack of energy? Do I feel “stuck” between where I am and where I want to be?
Do I have a feeling that something is "missing" in my life? Do I feel "lonely" much of the time?
Does my appearance support me in my well-being?
Is my environment organized, productive, inspiring, and energizing?
Do my eating habits support my physical body and my emotional and mental clarity?
Do I feel helpless, frustrated, or victimized much of the time?
Am I in relationships that support me in my career, professional, and/or personal development? Am I attracting toxic people into my life? Do I live, work and play in toxic environments?
Am I experiencing fulfillment with my spiritual development, or just going through the motions?
Do I have a purpose in life that guides all my activities and decisions?
Am I procrastinating? Do I have “incompletes,” or unfinished business?
Do I have a consistent feeling of being overwhelmed, agitated, frustrated and isolated?
Do I feel I never have enough time to accomplish the things I want to do?
Do I feel a lack of control over my own life? Am I giving my power and control over to others?
Do I feel I have no time for the important things in my life?
Are my relationships less fun and exciting than they used to be?
As you reflect on your answers to these questions, consider "The Wheel of Your Life."
The Wheel of Your Life
Are you living an authentic, harmonious, joyful,
flowing, balanced, satisfying and fulfilling life?
You’re invited to complete the following exercise.
The center of this wheel represents “you” — who you really are. And from the depth of who you really are arises your heartfelt sense of your purpose in life — your source of real satisfaction, balance, harmony, inner peace and fulfillment. Everyone is born with a purpose; however, for most of us, our purpose is short-circuited early on in life by input from our families, relatives, friends, media, advertising, schooling and culture. And we come to "believe" this “enculturated” version of who we are and then spend our life figuring out how we should be, and what we should do, to fit in and please others.
So, we often wind up living someone else’s visions, goals and dreams, not our own. Unless you align your life and your daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, and lifetime goals with your purpose, you may be experiencing an on-going absence of joy, inner peace, fulfillment and well-being in many of the above life areas. If this is true for you, frustration, feeling “stuck”, boredom, and “settling” for a life that feels stagnant and dull may define how you’re experiencing life. And with this, perhaps, you feel an underlying desire for a life that is dynamic, vibrant and alive, that is "you."
Take a second and reflect on the degree to which you feel satisfied, fulfilled, happy and at peace with each of the areas in "Your Wheel of Life" above. You can write a number from 1 (low) to 10 (high) within each segment of the wheel. Be honest and sincere with this short exercise; tell the truth. Where are you? Where would you like to be? Where are you out of balance in your life?
Do you bring the inner qualities of Compassion, Harmony, Joy, Peace, Authenticity, Simplicity, Balance and Flow to your life? To what degree are these qualities present or absent as you assess the different areas?
Then, take the various areas on Your Wheel of Life and prioritize them in the order they are most important to you. Ask yourself if the way you are living your life matches your highest priorities. Take your time with this. Think it through honestly, sincerely and self-responsibly. Note what's not working in your life both functionally and in the way you relate to your self and the particular life area. And ask yourself, "Do I know why things are not working?" Perhaps as you take the time to reflect on your life, you realize that you really do want to make some changes.
Coaching for "Essential Well-BE-ing" in Life can support you to make the changes that you want and need to make in conjunction with growing your capacity for conscious living and mindful awareness that will genuinely result in greater satisfaction, fulfillment, and overall well-being in your life.

How we do it
Coaching for "Essential Well-BE-ing" in Life is most often offered as a twelve-session series. Respecting the depth and scope of the work, the sessions are scheduled over a four-to-five month period and each session is two and a half hours in length. The sessions are scheduled every other week. The process itself and the practices require sufficient time to become internalized to allow for the organic changes that lead to genuine transformation — real and lasting life changes. You need time to “do the work” to explore, discover, practice and allow the organic emergence of your True Self and the reality of your personal purpose and vision for your life. This coaching series is available via telephone (EST, if you live in other US time zones, or abroad) or at my office (in Atlanta). Customized formats can also be arranged.
