What is Career Coaching for "Essential Well-BE-ing?"
Coaching for "Essential Well-BE-ing" (CEWB) in Career is about building Cathedrals. Meaning?
A traveler walks down a dusty road. The sun is shining intensely and the heat is almost unbearable. As the traveler continues walking, he comes upon three men by the side of the road, chopping stones. The first worker clearly looks bored, exasperated with the heat and work that appears unpleasant. The traveler stops and asks him, "What are you doing?" "Cutting stones," the man replies.
The traveler continues a bit further and comes upon the second worker. This worker appears quite content despite the intense heat and the hard work. "What are you doing?" the traveler asks him. "I'm cutting stones so I can make enough money to support my family," the second worker replies.
The traveler comes upon the third worker. This worker is completely engaged in his work. He has an air of total happiness and is focused, intentional and purposeful. He seems to be meticulous in his cutting. The traveler pauses and asks him, "What are you doing?" In a proud voice the third worker replies, "I'm building a cathedral."

How we do it
Coaching for "Essential Well-Be-ing" in Career is offered in a multi-session series, the number of sessions to be determined at the time of the initial coaching interview. Respecting the depth and scope of the work, the sessions are scheduled every other week and each session is two- to two-and-a-half hours in length. The process itself and the integrative practices require sufficient time to create new positive habits and ways of ‘be-ing' and ‘do-ing', and to internalize the tools that foster the evolutionary changes that lead to genuine, meaningful transformation. You need time to "do the work," to explore, discover, practice and allow the organic emergence of your True Self. This coaching series is available via telephone (EST, if living outside of Atlanta or abroad) or at my office (in Atlanta). Customized formats can also be arranged.
